Lana Seiler, LCSW

Lana is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Florida and Colorado with specialized training in trauma, attachment injury, and unresolved family-of-origin issues. With a therapeutic approach rooted in attachment theory, Lana blends psychoeducation, psychodynamic insight, experiential techniques, and traditional talk therapy to help clients navigate change and break free from lifelong patterns that no longer serve them.

Lana works with individuals who find themselves stuck in repeating dynamics—whether in relationships, family, or career—often wondering, “Why do I keep doing this?” Her goal is to help clients identify the root causes of these patterns and gently work with the internal systems that maintain them, leading to more conscious and empowered choices. Lana believes that old patterns aren’t life sentences—and change is always possible. She is particularly skilled in Parts Work, a method that views the internal world as a system of distinct parts, each with its own needs and voice. This technique is especially effective for clients healing from attachment wounds or relational trauma.

In addition to ongoing therapy, Lana offers Parts Work intensives—customized two-hour sessions designed to deepen healing and accelerate progress, either as part of an existing therapeutic relationship or as an adjunct to outside work.
